We are staggering appointment times to avoid congestion in lobby and check out areas.
We will be screening everyone that enters (including staff). This includes questions and laser pointer thermometer.
We want all to sanitize hands on entering and exiting.
We are rigorously wiping down and cleaning door handles and common areas.
We continue to follow the same universal protocols that are done in hospitals and operating rooms of wearing proper PPE and in sterilizing equipment and rooms to control the spread of infection.

After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Howard was accepted as one of the few out-of-state students to the UCLA School of Dentistry at which he received his doctorate in dental surgery.
Dr. Howard spent time after school working in the William Beaumont Army Medical Center’s Hospital Dental Clinic where he worked along side the Oral Surgery residents and faculty in which he was able to receive advanced training and mentoring in exodontia and surgical practices. He also spent one year at a children’s dental clinic in El Paso, Texas. After which, he relocated to the Phoenix area, where his wife Jennifer is from. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Arizona Dental Association (AZDA), the Central Arizona Dental Society, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), The Academy of Sports Dentistry (ASD) and an associate member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).
Each year Dr. Howard is the proud provider of custom fitted professionally made SPORTS MOUTHGUARDS for local High School football teams. He also provides the GCU club sports teams of ice hockey, lacrosse and rugby with his sports mouthguards. Lookout Mountain Family Dentistry sponsors a playing field throughout the year with Prime Time Athletics youth flag football in North Phoenix in which Dr. Howard and his staff are able to promote sports safety and the wearing of mouthguards. ALL patients of Dr Howard are eligible to receive his custom fitted professionally made sports mouthguards at no cost after their cleanings.
Dr. Howard enjoys traveling to new places and learning about different cultures and food.
Dr. Mary Allen grew up in Michigan and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Dental School, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been in Phoenix practicing Dentistry for over 30 years. Her experiences include providing comprehensive dental treatment for children at the Maricopa County dental clinics for over 10 years. In addition, she has completed advanced training in implant dentistry. She is committed to keeping current in dental techniques and procedures so she can offer her patients the best dental treatment possible.
Dr Mary is a member of the American Dental Association and she actively participates in the local Arizona State Dental Association and the Central Arizona Dental Society. Dr. Mary is also on the Phoenix College Dental Advisory Council where she is involved with training new dental assistants. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for patient care and continual learning with the caregivers of the future.
Every February Dr. Mary participates in the annual “Christina’s Smile” Children’s Dental Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ (a program sponsored by the Professional Golf Association and the Scottsdale Girls and Boys Clubs) where they provide free dental services to local under-privileged children.
