Dental bridges are a nonsurgical fixed permanent restoration option for replacing missing teeth. The technique is similar to doing a crown in that a tooth on each side of the missing tooth area will be crowned and a fake porcelain tooth is placed in the middle which lays in close proximity to the gum tissue. Since it is a nonsurgical procedure, the finished restoration can be placed sooner than having to wait for healing as in a surgical implant procedure.
“Men build too many walls and not enough bridges.” – Joseph Fort Newton
